Yesterday my Dad, James and I headed back to Beinn Udlaidh. We made a swift walk in to get ahead of the hoards and headed up Quartzien Scoop IV/4 first which had really fat ice and was a good fun route. We then walked down to do Junior’s Jaunt IV/5, this was also a good route with a thin steep slab on the first pitch and a steeper fatter second pitch. It was a good day and there is loads to go at in the coire.
